Cancellation Policy
Kevin's time is valuable — and so is yours. Please read our booking and cancellation policy before securing your appointment.
Deposit Required — All bookings require a deposit collected securely via Square Appointments at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward your session total.

Reschedule (24+ Hours Notice)
You may reschedule your appointment at no charge as long as you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Your deposit will carry over to the new appointment.
Late Cancellation (Under 24 Hours)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the $50 deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
No-Show
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their $50 deposit. Repeat no-shows may be declined future bookings.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, Kevin may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment depending on the day's schedule. Please call ahead if you're running late.
Common questions.
Is the deposit refundable?
The $50 deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. For cancellations made 24+ hours in advance, the deposit carries over to your rescheduled appointment.
How do I reschedule?
Call or text Kevin directly at the number below at least 24 hours before your appointment. He'll work with you to find a new time that fits.
What if Kevin cancels?
In the rare event Kevin needs to cancel, you will receive a full refund of your deposit and will be given priority rebooking.
Does the deposit count toward my session?
Yes. The $50 deposit is applied toward your total service cost ($50–$150). You pay the remaining balance at the shop.
Can I send someone else in my place?
Appointments are personal. If you need to transfer your booking to someone else, contact Kevin directly to arrange it.
